By filling in this form, you can describe the house or land you are dreaming of. LHSTC does its best to make the right match. We keep you informed, regularly send you information about the houses and/or land that meet your requirements, including pictures. When it seems to be impossible to find a house according to your requirements, we will let you know so that we could revisit your wishes.

If you have made your choice and are planning to come over to Thailand, please let us know so we can make an appointment with the owner of the house/land for a viewing. If you want to view several houses, we will make appointments if possible on one or two connecting days. In that case, we also can arrange your overnight stay at a hotel.

- For one to two days of house viewing, we charge you 3,900 BHT per day, including transport in the direct surroundings of Chiang Mai, a meal and a daily fee for our assistance at the site. If you want to view houses/land in another part of Thailand, we will charge you travel and residence costs.

The placement of requirements is free of charge, as is information about the progress LHSTC is providing you. LHSTC does not charge you anything for what has been done if you decide to withdraw your inquiry. But when you decide to go further, there is a possibility that costs will charge.

Think of:
- A house inspection report requested by yourself. LHSTC doesn’t do the
  inspection itself but leaves it to be done by a recognized company.
- Inspection of the owner’s papers and land title by a well-known law firm.

But before we undertake any action, we send you an overview of estimated costs and, after you have agreed in writing or e-mail, LHSTC will implement your request.

After you have decided to buy, rent or lease a house, we recommend that you consult a trustworthy lawyer with knowledge of Thai laws pertaining to buying, renting or leasing a house and land.

- If you want to make an appointment at your home address in The Netherlands,
  LHSTC will charge you € 0,40 per km.

If you decide to cancel the requirements, LHSTC shall remove all your private information from its database.
