On this site you will find examples of houses currently available on the market for rent/sale. Also you can find compounds with land for sale on which you can build your own house to your design and budget. If you find something of interest, please contact LHSTC and we will advise you accordingly. We will supply you with all the information available.

LHSTC offers you the opportunity to find a house, etc. for yourself. All you need to do is send an email to LHSTC with your requirements and selection criteria. For your convenience, you can use the attached assignment form. LHSTC will then keep you regularly informed of the progress of our search. We will actively look for the property that meets your needs. In our office in Chiang Mai, we can discuss and provide you even more information and services. If you are currently living in Holland, we can meet with you at a convenient place (LHSTC will charge you the traveling costs if any).

Once you have made a selection of houses of interest and planned a visit to Thailand, LHSTC will assist you further. We will organize all the necessary arrangements to visit the houses/land and make sure you have enough time to make up your mind about the properties. Viewings of houses/land will be charged based on local costs. Expenses will include travel, a meal and a daily fee for our assistance at the site.
